At Club Cinq, we believe that a purchase is only successful when you are completely satisfied. That’s why we offer a hassle-free return process. You can return your purchase within 14 days of receipt.
Follow the steps below to register your return and benefit from our reduced return rates.

All returned products are inspected. Any returned product that is incomplete, damaged, worn or dirty will not be taken back and it may, at CLUB CINQ option, be returned to you at your expense or kept.
The original purchase price of the products will be refunded after deducting the shipping costs.
Return or Exchange for Non-EU Countries (Orders Above €150)
1. Email customerservice@onlinetaxfree.com for a return label.
2. Print out the return label you received from Onlinetaxfree.com and attach it to the package.
3. Print out the commercial invoices you received from Onlinetaxfree.com in your mailbox.
- Include one copy of the commercial invoice in your package with the packing slip.
- Paste the second copy of the commercial invoice on your package next to your shipping label.
4. Drop off your package at a UPS point.
Refunds
Refund Policy for EU Countries:
Once your return has been received, Club Cinq will refund the order amount minus the cost of the return label (max 14 days).
Refund Policy for Non-EU Countries with Orders Above €150:
Onlinetaxfree.com provides the tax refund process for Club Cinq. If the customer decides to return the goods to Club Cinq, it will not be eligible for a VAT refund.

At Club Cinq, we encourage mindful shopping to reduce unnecessary returns. As a result, we do not offer free returns; you are responsible for the return costs. The return cost overview is provided above.
