We proudly deliver across the European Union to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

All EU orders are shipped via UPS, ensuring reliable and efficient delivery.

Please note that if your parcel is delivered to a pick-up point, you will have 7 days to collect it. After this period, the parcel will be returned to us.

 

Shipping Outside the EU

We collaborate with Onlinetaxfree.com to deliver to non-EU countries. Shipments will be handled by UPS and delivered straight to your door. With Onlinetaxfree.com managing the export process, you are eligible for a VAT refund after receiving your package!

How It Works

1. In the checkout, select 'Onlinetaxfree.com | UPS' as your preferred shipping method.
2. After completing your order, enter your bank account number and SWIFT code to receive your VAT refund.
3. The refund amount will be displayed on the confirmation page.
4. Once the return period expires, Onlinetaxfree.com will transfer the refund to the provided bank account.
