Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions, unless CLUB CINQ agrees with other conditions in writing. From any deviations agreed, the customer cannot derive rights for future transactions.

You may browse our web site without registering and purchase products via our website as a registered member or as a guest. When you join CLUB CINQ and register as a member, your username will be your valid email address and you will be asked to create a password. You are entirely responsible for all actions taken under your username, whether by you or by any other person. It is your responsibility to keep your username and password safe.

When you register as a CLUB CINQ member, you agree that:

    1. Any information which you provide shall be true and accurate in all respects.
    2. You will notify us immediately of any changes to this information or make any relevant changes to your account.

Product Description

Products displayed on this website are available only whilst stocks last.
We have taken every care to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of our products are as accurate and possible. Every effort has been made to show the product colours as accurately as possible – we cannot accept responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.

All drawings, photographs, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising issued on the website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the products.

Pricing & Payment

Prices displayed on our website are in Euro (EUR). Prices do not include postage and packing; this will be charged at the rates specified in the delivery section. Payments can be made using bank transfer, IDEAL, Visa, Mastercard, Bancontact/ Mister Cash, Sofort Banking, PayPal and a onetime authorization.

Acceptance of your Order

Offers from CLUB CINQ are non binding. CLUB CINQ reserves the right to change prices, especially when necessary on the basis of (legal) requirements.

An agreement is only complete after acceptance of the order by CLUB CINQ. Orders will not be accepted and no agreement will be formed until you have been instructed that said goods are available and that all goods and applicable charges have been paid in full. CLUB CINQ is entitled to refuse orders or certain conditions to the delivery, unless otherwise specified.
We will confirm our acceptance of your order – on receipt of cleared funds – by email (where a valid email address is provided).

Shipment & Delivery

Orders are dispatched as quickly as possible – subject to payment and stock availability. Shipping is done by Post NL to the address indicated on your order confirmation. We ship the order noted and insured. This means that the package is only delivered to you personally (and not at your neighbours’ address). Should you at the time of delivery not be at home, you can pick up your package at a post office near you. If you are not present at the delivery address at time of delivery which you have accepted, you might incur the extra costs of re-delivery. This applies only to a few non EU countries.

A delay in delivery does not entitle the customer to compensation of any damages, or annulment of the contract or non-fulfilment of any obligation imposed on him from this or any other related agreement. The product should reach the customer within 30 days after shipping. If this does not happen, the customer can immediately undo the sale. This does not apply when parties have agreed another delivery term.
The following postage & delivery costs from the Netherlands apply:

– the Netherlands: EUR 8,60

– Rest of Europe: EUR 14,65

– Rest of the world: EUR 25,95

If your order is to be dispatched to a destination outside the Netherlands, you will be responsible for any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country. We have no control over such charges and cannot predict them.

Returns & Exchange

We do our utmost to deliver quality items of your choice to your home. Nevertheless it might happen that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase. You may always return your purchase. This also applies to “SALE” items. Be aware that:

1                    The items returned have not been worn or washed,
2                    The items are not damaged and -/or repaired

CLUB CINQ will not accept returns of non-faulty items that have been worn, used, washed, damaged, repaired and/or garment tags removed. In such cases, the items will be returned to the customers.


1                    Returns have to be reported to us within 14 days after receipt of the order. Please send an email to returns@clubcinq.com.
2                    The item returned has to be received by us within 14 days after the report of return.

CLUB CINQ will only reimburse postage costs for the original delivery and the return in the case of faulty, damaged or incorrect supply of goods. In all other events the postage costs will not be refunded, unless agreed otherwise in writing. Please note that the customer is responsible for all postage costs incurred when returning items. CLUB CINQ will not offer a refund on returned items that are lost or damaged in the post. We strongly recommend that items are returned using registered post and that you keep your proof of posting receipt.

No later than 3 business days after receipt of the goods returned, we will confirm this by email and credit your credit card, or refund to your bank account, depending on your original payment method.

If you are exchanging your return for a new purchase, we will send this new purchase upon availability. Please note that postage costs will apply for exchanges, unless agreed otherwise in writing. This policy only applies to goods purchased on our website. Goods purchased via our website can also be returned to & exchanged in our flagship store in Amsterdam.

Any liability of CLUB CINQ, its staff and the products of CLUB CINQ for all damages of any kind, directly or indirectly, including loss of profits, consequential damage to movable or immovable property or to any person, is specifically excluded. CLUB CINQ cannot be held liable for damage caused by the implementation of the agreement by third parties.
CLUB CINQ assumes no liability for any damage arising from the use of the products of CLUB CINQ. Any liability of CLUB CINQ towards buyer cannot in any case exceed the invoiced amount that the buyer under the agreement relating to CLUB CINQ is due.
For misunderstandings, mutilations, delays or not properly conveyed orders and notices as a result of the use of the Internet or any other means of communication in the communication between client and CLUB CINQ, or between CLUB CINQ and third parties, as it relates to the relationship between you and CLUB CINQ, CLUB CINQ is not liable, unless and where there might be proof of intent or gross negligence of CLUB CINQ.

Force majeure          

CLUB CINQ has, in case of a force majeure, the right, at its opinion, to suspend or terminate the contract without judicial intervention. CLUB CINQ will inform the client in writing. In  this case  CLUB CINQ is not  obliged to any compensation, unless  standards  of reasonableness and fairness determine otherwise.
Force majeure means any deficiency that cannot be blamed on CLUB CINQ, because it is not due to its fault, based on generally accepted practice.

Trademarks & Copyrights

CLUB CINQ® is a registered trademark. You may not use the CLUB CINQ trademark without prior written permission from CLUB CINQ.
Trademarks of third parties may also appear on our site from time to time; you may not use these trademarks without prior written permission of their respective owners. You acknowledge and agree that nothing on our site grants, expressly or implicitly, any right or license to use the CLUB CINQ trademark.

Everything, including but not limited to the designs, articles, texts, photographs, images, data, files, audio and video clips, illustrations, and documentation in whole or in part (the “Content”) which appears on our site is either proprietary to CLUB CINQ or used in accordance with applicable law or third party consents.

You may not reproduce, distribute, display, transmit, modify, perform, adapt, generate derivative works or otherwise use the Content without prior written permission.

CLUB CINQ respects the privacy rights of its online visitors and recognizes the importance of protecting information provided by them.

Any information that you provide will be held and transmitted in a safe and confidential environment.
